A weekend in Lowestoft where we will stay at The Lord Kitchener's Memorial Holiday Centre. The charity is supported by the gym. Arrival Friday evening at a time that suits individuals. Saturday PT and Activities. (Team Event in the afternoon) Sunday AM - Bootcamp, breakfast and departure.

About the event
The itinerary will be:
Friday 1200-Late - Arrive. (Dinner included friday evening).
Saturday 0630-0700 - Bootcamp
Saturday 0800 - Breakfast (included in the price)
Saturday 0900 - Park Run
Saturday 1000-1430 - Free reign to explore
Saturday 1500-1630 - Team Event on the beach.
Saturday 1700- BBQ - (included in the price)
Saturday 0630-0700 - Bootcamp
Sunday 0800 - Breakfast (included in the price)
Sunday 0900 onwards: Free reign and depature.
